Pastor Co-Pilot Privacy Policy
Effective June 18, 2026
Pastor Co-Pilot is a ministry organization tool for pastors. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information you provide
We process account email addresses and the ministry information you choose to enter, including congregant contact details, pastoral notes, care reminders, calendar events, contact history, sermon notes, and prompts sent to the AI assistant.
How information is used
Information is used to provide authentication, synchronize your private workspace, generate requested AI assistance, deliver reminders, maintain app security, and support account deletion requests. We do not sell personal information or use ministry records for advertising.
Service providers
The app uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, Railway for backend hosting, and Google Gemini for AI features. Information needed to perform a requested feature may be processed by these providers under their respective terms and privacy practices.
Data retention and deletion
Account and ministry data are retained while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data inside the app. If you cannot sign in, use the account deletion request page.
Your responsibilities
Pastoral records may contain sensitive information. Enter only information you are authorized to maintain, use appropriate device security, and avoid using the app for emergencies or as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or crisis services.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical safeguards and service-provider security controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the app changes; the effective date above will be revised.
Contact
For privacy questions or deletion assistance, submit a request through the account deletion page or use the developer contact shown on the Google Play listing.
